Hit That Line: Lace ‘em up. Time for the biggest game in Ole Miss history.
A matchup of ranked Ole Miss and ranked Georgia is set for just the sixth time in history and third season in a row.
The No. 16 Rebels (7-2, 3-2 SEC) host the No. 3 Bulldogs (7-1, 5-1) Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC. On the line is the Rebels’ College Football Playoff hopes.
Can the Rebels finally beat the SEC boogeyman? Ole Miss is 25-3 at home since 2021, including an 11-1 mark since 2023. The Rebels are coming off a 63-31 dismantling of Arkansas. It was their second consecutive win, and the Rebels set 13 school records.
“It’s a great challenge this week — one we’re excited about playing at home,” fifth-year Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin said this week. “We screwed two games up earlier in the year. When you do that, you put yourself in this situation.
“I don’t talk about playoffs normally, but I told our players you still have that stuff alive. Whoever wins is going to have to go through Georgia at some point. They’re the premier program in college football.”

They’re also here to pick winners from the Week 11 slate of college football. ‘Hit That Line,’ as always, is powered by Homefield Apparel.
“This game is really big to us and how our season will go,” Ole Miss EDGE Princely Umanmielen said. Umanmielen, a transfer from Florida, has multiple sacks in back-to-back games.
“Georgia is a great team. They’ve been a great team for the last four or five years. So, it’s a challenge, but we’re up for it.”
