Ole Miss has a balanced mix of kickoff times for its full 2024 SEC schedule
For the first time in many years Ole Miss has a good idea of when it will play all 12 of its regular season games for the 2024 football season.
With a little more than two months before the season begins against Furman on August 31 the Rebels can map out its full travel schedule for its five road games and prepare for its seven home games with a Southeastern Conference late that is manageable for a College Football Playoffs run.
The SEC announced kickoff times for the first three weeks of the season last month and on Tuesday ESPN provided kickoff times, or windows, for the remaining nine games on the 2024 slate.
Windows are early games (11 a.m. to Noon CT starts), afternoon (2:30 to 3:30 p.m. CT) and night (5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CT). Any games labeled as ‘flex’ will be in either the afternoon or night windows. All window and flex designations will be finalized no earlier than six days before the specific game.
Ole Miss already knew it will host Furman at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN+ / SEC Network+ and Middle Tennessee on 3:15 p.m. CT on SEC Network on September 7 to start the season. Rebels also already knew it will play at Wake Forest on September 14 at 5:30 p.m. CT on The CW for its first road trip of the year.
The Rebels and Mississippi State will end the regular season on November 29 in the Egg Bowl with a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff on ABC.
With Tuesday’s announcement the rest of the kickoff times for the remaining four road games are also known, or have a good idea.
On October 5 Ole Miss travels to South Carolina for its first SEC road game but that kickoff time is not known as it is one of two flex games on the schedule. A home game against Georgia on November 9 is the other flex game.

The following week the Rebels travel to Baton Rouge to take on LSU at Tiger Stadium. The October 12 matchup was slotted in the night window. On November 2 Ole Miss heads to Fayetteville and its game with Arkansas was given the early window designation.

The Ole Miss home schedule has a little more absolute to the remaining four games.
Returning from Winston-Salem the Rebels host Georgia Southern on September 21 at 6:45 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.
The first SEC game of the season is against Kentucky inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on September 28. Ole Miss will play the Wildcats at 11 a.m. CT on either ABC or ESPN.
