Fierro, a three-year letterwinner with the Cowgirls, earned third team All-America honors from Golfweek following her sophomore campaign in 2020. She also garnered honorable mention All-America accolades from the WGCA in 2021 and 2020.

“We are so excited to welcome Isabella to the Ole Miss family,” said head coach Kory Henkes. “She is a highly talented player who will make an impact on our team from day one. She brings a lot of passion and fire to the golf course which will be a huge asset.”

Additionally, Fierro capped her landmark 2020-21 season by putting on a showcase at the 2021 Big 12 Championships that included carding a 7-under second round of 65, breaking the event’s all-time lowest scoring record in the process. For her efforts, Fierro would finish tied for sixth overall, earning All-Big 12 Championship team honors and helping to lead the Cowgirls to their 10th team conference championship in program history.

As an amateur, Fierro has seen a vast amount of success on the course, including advancing in the U.S. Women’s Amateur to the Quarterfinals in 2017, as well as the Round of 16 in 2020 and 2018. Fierro will participate in the Augusta National Women’s Amateur for the third straight year when she travels to the prestigious tournament at the end of this month.
