Ole Miss veteran infielders Peyton Chatagnier and Tim Elko met the media Tuesday to preview the Rebels’ upcoming trip to Omaha and the College World Series.

ABOUT THE COLLEGE WORLD SERIES
Ole Miss (37-22) will play Auburn (42-20) in the opening round of Bracket 2 on Saturday. It will be the fourth time this season the Rebels and Tigers have met. Ole Miss took the opening SEC series 2-1 in March.
Ole Miss has reached Omaha twice (2014 and 2022) since the 70s.
The winner between Ole Miss and Auburn will play the winner of Arkansas (43-19) and Stanford (47-16) on Monday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN. The losers will meet on Monday at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN in the first elimination game of the bracket.
