Three teams (Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State) have combined to win five national championships in the eight-season era of the College Football Playoff.

Can Ole Miss upset the status quo in 2022?

Sure.

But as Ben Garrett and David Johnson explain in this edition of Franchise Player, a site-crossover podcast of the Ole Miss Spirit (On3) and Inside the Rebels (247), it’s complicated. The Rebels will also need a little luck in their favor.
