Ole Miss vs. Georgia Southern: How to watch, live stream, start time, TV channel
The final non-conference game of the season is here with No. 5 Ole Miss hosting Georgia Southern in one last tune up ahead of Southeastern Conference play getting started next week against Kentucky.
A road win at Wake Forest last week truly got the season started for the Rebels after big wins over Furman and Middle Tennessee in Oxford. Come Saturday night the real season shifts into gear with eight straight SEC games on the docket for the Rebels — with two timely bye weeks mixed in.
Before fifth-year head coach Lane Kiffin and his staff can focus on the Wildcats fully the attention is being put squarely on friend and Georgia Southern head coach Clay Helton’s squad.
Despite the experts in Las Vegas giving the Rebels a 35-point edge, Kiffin is still toting the “trap game” bucket all week to keep the focus for his players. Though, lack of concentration has not been a major issue against these level of opponents the first few weeks.
