Penn State WR Trey Wallace commits to Ole Miss
Penn State transfer wide receiver Trey Wallace has committed to Ole Miss, he announced after taking multiple visits. The leading wide receiver for the Nittany Lions in 2024 was in Oxford on Friday.
He visited Texas A&M on Saturday. He also visited Louisville as well while North Carolina was also involved.
In 15 games this season, Wallace posted 46 catches for 720 yards and four touchdowns. He has one year of eligibility remaining and was the top available wide receiver in the portal.
This was Wallace’s fourth year at Penn State, just wrapping up his redshirt junior season. Through three seasons on the field following a redshirt year in 2021, Wallace has caught 84 passes for 1,221 yards and six touchdowns.

He totaled seven catches for 85 yards in the Lions’ three-game College Football Playoff run. Before that, he caught a touchdown in the Big Ten title game. Ole Miss has been working to bring in another top wide receiver this portal cycle to team with De’Zhaun Stribling, Caleb Odom, Deuce Alexander and Traylon Ray.
Trey Wallace played high school football at Pike Road (AL), where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 239 overall recruit in the 2021 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
