WATCH/LISTEN: Jared and his ‘Ivey League’ do Dallas/SEC Media Days ‘24
Jared Ivey — the star Ole Miss football defender and host of the Ole Miss Spirit’s ‘Ivey League’ podcast — was one of the Rebel representatives at SEC Media Days on Monday.
He made the rounds and even climbed atop a mechanical bull, as he detailed to Ben Garrett (OMSpirit.com) live from the scene. Surprise special guest Tre Harris even takes us inside his ‘All Hotty Toddy’ suit.
“It’s an unbelievable setup,” Ivey said. “It’s very detailed. They’ve got beverages everywhere, we’re doing this and that, and you’re meeting so many people. We got signs and stuff, so they make it a big deal and take care of you.
“Some of the interviews were serious and some were funny. They had me call Chad Kelly’s bobbled snap play (against Alabama in 2015). I was one of the announcers. That was fun. Just a really memorable experience.”

“I (shouted out the podcast) a couple of times, but a lot of people did that themselves,” Ivey said. “They did their due diligence and shouted me out.
“I was actually asked a lot of questions about that and receiving compliments about the show and everybody loves the production. I gave (the Ole Miss Spirit) a couple of shout-outs. You’ll hear those when you listen to some of these interviews.”
