Ole Miss and Arkansas split a doubleheader on Friday.

The Razorbacks took Game 1, 11-2, but the Rebels pulled away for a 7-4 win in Game 2. The series opener, originally scheduled for Thursday, was rained out, precipitating a pair of nine-inning games a day later.

Ole Miss (18-12, 2-9 SEC) and Arkansas (24-6, 7-4) will for the series decider and finale on Saturday at 2 p.m. CT. The game will be carried by SEC Network.

A five-run Rebel sixth inning allowed the Rebels to take command, 7-2, in their Game 2 win. Although sophomore Razorback infielder Peyton Stovall tallied a two-run home run off Rebel reliever Mitch Murrell in the top of the ninth, Mason Nichols came through for the final three outs to secure the save.
