The Ducks are in the hunt for a number of top offensive playmakers this cycle. One of the fastest wide receivers in the country is down to five schools as of Sunday night.
Burley Senior (Idaho) wide receiver Gatlin Bair announced his top five. That list included: Oregon, Nebraska, TCU, Boise State and Michigan.
Currently Nebraska leads at nearly 92% chances of landing the four-star speedster. Bair is the nation’s No. 84 overall player per the On3 Industry Rankings.
Here is what Bair told On3’s Chad Simmons and why the Ducks made the cut.
“It’s a very well-known program. Junior Adams is a phenomenal wide receivers coach. They’ve got a ton of technology and a ton of things that can help develop me into a great football player.”

According to Simmons, Bair plans on taking his LDS mission right out of high school. Which would push his enrollment back a couple of years.
Bair has yet to take a visit to Oregon. If the Ducks wish to remain in his recruitment it will be key to get him on campus this Spring/Summer.
