5-Star TE Duce Robinson Visiting Oregon
It’s a huge week in recruiting with this being the last chance for recruits to visit ahead of the dead period. That period will run through August forcing those wanting to take future visits to wait until September.
Oregon is set to host Pinnacle (Ariz.) tight end Duce Robinson this week. Multiple sources confirmed he is currently en route to Eugene for an unofficial visit.

The 6-foot-6, 230-pounder is the nation’s No. 19 ranked player in the On3 Consensus Rankings. Robinson is the nation’s No. 1 ranked tight end and top player from the state of Arizona in the 2023 class.
USC holds a massive lead in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently. The Trojans sit at 91.3% chance to land the five-star tight end ahead of this visit. Robinson has only used one official visit to USC thus far.
Texas, Georgia, Clemson and Oklahoma are a few of his other top suitors. Robinson is expected to visit Texas later this week as well.
Oregon does not currently have a tight end committed in the 2023 class.
On3 Scouting Report:
NFL Comparison: O.J. Howard
Jumbo athlete with a large catch radius who looks like one of the better tight end prospects over the last few recruiting cycles. Has outstanding statue and length at over 6-foot-6 and 230 pounds with a 6-foot-10 wingspan. Plays and moves like a receiver at that size. A smooth, fluid mover who showed continued improvement in top-end play speed as a junior, running away from defensive backs. Has one of the largest catch radiuses in the 2023 cycle and consistently wins in contested situations. Was the top pass-catcher at the Opening Finals prior to his junior season and created a considerable mismatch over the middle of the field. Turned in a very productive junior season with close to 1,000 receiving yards. Has an outstanding multi-sport profile as one of the nation’s top baseball prospects and also plays basketball. Will need to continue getting stronger to aid in blocking, but has the look of an elite tight end prospect with five-star upside.
