The Oregon Ducks fell one game short of their first trip to the College World Series in modern program history. Oregon (41-22) saw their postseason journey come to an end over the weekend with Sunday's 11-6 loss to Oral Roberts at PK Park. Even though the Ducks fell agonizingly short of a trip to Omaha, though, the 2023 season, as a whole, was still an overwhelmingly positive development for a program that has been on the rise since Mark Wasikowski took over as head coach in 2020.
