In late 2021, On3 introduced the Recruiting Prediction Machine. It weighs visits, expert predictions and media posts to track recruits’ interest, expressed as a percentage of how likely the prospect is to commit to a given school.

So where does Oregon stand with 2024 prospects, according to the RPM?

Starting with quarterbacks, RPM gives Oregon a 46.3% chance to land 4-star Elijah Brown from Santa Ana (Calif.). He has taken three known visits to Oregon, the most for any school so far.

At running back, Oregon has a 46.8% chance to land 4-star Jason Brown, a top 100 prospect in the country from Seattle (Wash.). Brown has taken four known visits to Eugene, which puts Oregon in first place.

Among wide receivers, Oregon currently leads for 4-star Ryan Pellum from Long Beach (Calif.). RPM gives Oregon an 18% chance, which leads all suitors.

Oregon is also looking at 3-star Malachi Durant, a Seattle (Wash.) native. RPM gives Oregon has a 63% chance to land him, with hometown Washington coming in second.
