Dave Iuli: "It's going to be a dogfight."

Oregon offensive lineman Dave Iuli made a long-awaited return to the field for the Ducks on Saturday. His absence all season has been one of some mystery but he was able to get healthy enough to fill in for Marcus Harper on Saturday.
Iuli talked about getting the first start last week and working to get healthy all season. Here are his top comments and the video included below.
On getting the start:
“Just when the opportunity was here, I just wanted to go in there and take advantage. It’s what the team needed. It’s been a great journey. Just having fun out here. It was a blessing. My grandma passed away this year so I feel like I had to do it for her. My teammates were helping me too.”

On the Delay from Injury:
“A lot happened. Started training and was feeling it in my leg a little bit. I just attacked it when I came back. Just rehab. Yep it was my toe. I feel like attacking and keeping on top of it with the medical staff has helped me a lot.”
On the road game/Wisconsin:
“We talk about it all the time, poise through the noise. We talk about on away games we want to have self control. I’m just excited to go out there and have fun. It’s going to be a dogfight.”
