Devon Jackson turning heads during Oregon fall camp after an offseason spent bulking up

Devon Jackson has always been fast. As an 11th-grader at Omaha Burke High, he captured Nebraska state titles in the 100-meter dash (10.57 seconds) and 200-meter dash (21.63) despite carrying the build of a blue-chip linebacker. Once he arrived in Eugene as an early enrollee last winter, Jackson's speed immediately caught the attention of coaches and teammates.
