Ducks Land Defensive Back Transfer
Oregon is looking to add some help in the secondary via the transfer portal this cycle. They quietly managed to target one ACC name which led to his commitment moments ago.
Duke defensive back Brandon Johnson is the latest transfer to commit to Oregon. The 5-foot-10, 170-pounder offers some flexibility in the backfield for Oregon. He can play corner or nickel but will likely play the latter for the Ducks.
Oregon saw three of its starting defensive backs depart from last season. There is a need at corner and safety for instant-impact type players for the Ducks.
