Final Look: Oregon Football 2023 Class
Over the past few days the Ducks have loaded up via the transfer portal. It started on Saturday with former USC wide receiver Gary Bryant Jr. getting things started. On Monday the Ducks landed two more transfers with cornerback Nikko Reed and offensive lineman Nishad Strother.
Despite these commitments taking place in May, they will technically count in the 2023 class as they will be playing this Fall.
At this moment in time, I would consider Oregon more than likely done in the transfer portal. I offer one caveat however, I get the sense Dan Lanning is a ‘never say never’ kind of guy. Meaning if the right fit jumped in the portal and had strong interest, they would consider it. But given what’s in the portal now and Oregon’s scholarship numbers, that will probably be all for now.
Keep in mind we aren’t really going to examine non-scholarship additions which could continue.
With the dust settled, it’s time to take a final look at the 2023 class.
