Five-Star ATH Brandon Arrington Shuffles Official Visit Order

One of the more intriguing battles out West is Mount Miguel (Calif.) athlete Brandon Arrington. The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder is one of the best pure athletes in the country. He has the ability to play on both sides of the ball similar to Colorado’s Travis Hunter.
He’s also a demon on the track boasting some of the best times in California.
The nations’ No. 12 overall player has done some shuffling to his official visit schedule. Currently Oregon has the last ‘guaranteed’ official visit for the five-star recruit. He will visit Eugene starting on June 22 he tells On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Here is the updated itinerary for Arrington:
- May 2: Penn State
- June 6: Texas A&M
- June 13: Alabama
- June 17: USC
- June 20: Oregon
- TBD: Georgia
There seems to be no clear leader in his recruitment at this time. At various times we’ve heard a lot about Alabama, USC has surged and Oregon has possibly been the steadiest in his recruitment near the top of his list.
Arrington is considering track and field in college as well and has expressed an interest in playing both ways.

That weekend of June 20 is shaping up to be a massive weekend for the Ducks with roughly a dozen top recruits locking in official visits for that weekend. Lanning will look to finish the Summer with a run of commitments and ultimately start the Fall season with a pretty full class.
It’s expected Oregon will look to sign at least 25 recruits in this cycle. Oregon currently has 9 verbal commitments in its 2026 class.
