Currently Oregon holds the edge in the On3 RPM heading into his decision. With the prediction from Steve Wiltfong early Tuesday that pushed the percentage up to 79.4% chance for the Ducks. Wiltfong joins my pick from a week ago along with Max Torres’ pick a day after.

Heading into this announcement Miami feels like the biggest threat to Oregon with LSU also lurking. However in the last week the Canes and Ducks seem to have separated themselves from the pack.

The 6-foot-4, 179-pounder is the No. 2 ranked cornerback in the country and the best player from Florida per the On3 Industry Rankings.

A commitment from Pickett would give Oregon three uber-athletic cornerback commits in this class along with Conroe (Texas) star Dorian Brew and McDonogh high school (Md.) star Brandon Finney.

Oregon currently has 16 verbal commitments and the No. 4 ranked recruiting class in the country. The addition of Pickett would give Oregon its third five-star commitment in this class. Prior to his commitment and after a rankings adjustment, Conroe (Texas) corner Dorian Brew was also a five-star but now sits just a few spots out of five-star status.
