Five takeaways from No. 8 Oregon's dominant win over No. 13 Utah
The Oregon Ducks entered Saturday with a chance to make a statement in front of a national audience and prove that they still belong in the College Football Playoff conversation. The No. 8 Ducks did exactly that and produced a dominant 35-6 win over Utah at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City. In the process, Oregon snapped the Utes' 18-game home-winning streak. The Ducks (7-1, 4-1 Pac-12) averaged 6.7 yards per play against a Utah defense that is one of the best in the nation. Bo Nix, Brandon Dorlus, and Tysheem Johnson all had standout days.
