Former Oregon guard Sydney Parrish is returning home for the next stage of her college career.

Parrish announced Saturday morning that she has committed to Indiana.

Parrish, a Fishers, Ind., native, was named Indiana Miss Basketball in 2020 after a stellar career at Hamilton Southeastern. She came to the Ducks as a 5-star recruit and started 32 games for the Ducks as a sophomore in 2021-22 during which she averaged 8.5 points per game on 38.5 percent shooting.

She will have three years of eligibility remaining for the Hoosiers.

Parrish announced in March that she had elected to enter the transfer portal. Within a 10-day span, Parrish, Maddie Scherr, Kylee Watson, Taylor Bigby, and Chanaya Pinto all opted to enter the portal.

The Ducks have since added Arizona State transfer Taya Hanson, who earned all-conference honorable mention honors last season.
