Four-Star ATH Names Final Three, Decision Date
Another Oregon target is set to come off the board in the coming weeks. Sunday evening Archbishop Riordan (Calif.) athlete Chris Lawson announced he will make his commitment on June 21.
The 5-foot-11, 160-pounder announced his three finalists: Oregon, Washington and Cal. Of the three, Cal currently has the best odds according to the On3 RPM.
Lawson is currently the No. 227 ranked player in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. He is the No. 20 ranked player in the state of California. He has talked previously about playing on both sides of the ball at receiver and corner.

“I feel comfortable on both sides. I’ve been playing both all my life,” he said. “(I)Just really like impacting the game. Any time I can take control of the game, I just like making plays on the field whether that’s offense or defense or the return game.”
Back in April our own Max Torres caught up with Lawson to talk about his interest in the Ducks.
“Every time I go up there the vibe is always nice,” Lawson said. “They got a lot of good people up there. Their whole coaching staff is great. I got a great relationships with them.”
Lawson is scheduled to take his official visit to Oregon on June 7 followed by Cal on June 14.
