Four-Star CB Selman Bridges Names Top Nine

Oregon’s brand continues to attract the attention of top names around the country. Lake Belton (Texas) cornerback Selman Bridges is one of those names.
The 6-foot-3, 160-pounder is one of the top prospects in the country. Bridges is the No. 46 ranked player nationally and 5 ranked cornerback in the On3 Industry Rankings.

His list of nine schools includes: Texas, Arkansas, USC, TCU, Oregon, Texas Tech, LSU, Oklahoma and Texas A&M.
Currently Texas holds a strong lead in his recruitment per the On3 RPM.

Personal Life:
Selman Bridges recorded 46 tackles, had six pass breakups and returned one of his two interceptions for a touchdown as a junior for Temple (Texas) Lake Belton. The success helped him earn all-area and second-team all-district honors in 2022. Bridges also competes for the Lake Belton basketball and track teams. As a sophomore, he had 200-meter dash times of 22.91, 23.09 and 23.13 seconds. He also was a member of Lake Belton’s Texas 5A regional-qualifying 4×100 and 4×200 relay teams.
