Here is what Fields told Biggins on Oregon making the cut.
Oregon– “Things are looking pretty good with Oregon at the moment. My most recent visit there was cool because I was there for three days and really connected with the coaching staff. The staff just clicks so well and I love the direction the program is going. It was very impressive to see what coach Lanning did last year and I really like coach Lupoi, coach Martin and coach Wadood as well.
“I’ve been talking to some highly rated guys who also very interested in Oregon. Coach Lanning hit on a great ’23 recruiting class this year and the development and resources are all there to be successful. I like the defense Oregon runs and think I fit in really well.”
Currently Oregon leads the On3 RPM at 95% chance to land Fields.
The four-star is currently scheduled to take his official visit to Oregon June 23.
