Four-Star Ify Obidegwu Making Return Visit

One of the early top names on the defensive back board will make his second trip to Oregon. And it’s no short trip to make.
St. Frances Academy (Md.) star cornerback Ify Obidwegu confirmed his upcoming visit with ScoopDuck after posting on social media. The 6-foot, 190-pounder is coming on the trip with family.
“My mom and my sister are coming with me,” Obidwegu confirmed.
The four-star also visited Oregon back in January. That visit must have made a strong impression to get Obidwegu to travel more than 3,000 miles again in under 2 months.
Here is what he is looking forward to on this trip.
“I’m excited to see everything about the team. I can’t wait to see the way the team practices as well.”
Obidwegu is the nation’s No. 169 overall player in the On3 Industry Ranking.
Currently Maryland is the team to beat, according to the On3 RPM. Penn State narrowly trails Maryland for Obidwegu currently.

Just over a month ago, Obidwegu announced a top seven: Oregon, Alabama, Maryland, Tennessee, Michigan, USC and Ohio State.
His teammates, quarterback Michael Van Buren and running back DeJuan Williams also visited Oregon in January and are strongly considering the Ducks.
