How to watch: No. 8 Oregon Ducks at No. 13 Utah
The Oregon Ducks will have a major chance to bolster their College Football Playoff resume in front of a national audience this weekend.
No. 8 Oregon (6-1, 3-1 Pac-12) will travel to Salt Lake City and face off with No. 13 Utah (6-1, 3-1) at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
This will mark the Ducks’ first trip to Salt Lake since their disastrous 38-7 loss in 2021.
In the 131-year matchup history, Oregon is 24-12 against Utah. Last season, the Ducks battled their way to a 20-17 victory over the Utes in Eugene behind a gutsy performance from Bo Nix, who had suffered an ankle injury one week earlier.

Key Quotes
Oregon coach Dan Lanning on whether the Ducks have improved their ability to start fast in road games
“We’ll find out this weekend. Right? I don’t know that you ever know until the bullets start to fly. So at times, we played really well on the road, at times we could have certainly played better. I still don’t think we played a complete game there. So this would be one of that’s required.”
Lanning on what last year’s win over Utah meant
“It was a big win. I mean, it’s a big win. It’s a tough game. I think we had a resilient team you know that game takeaways really showed up. You saw how close the game was there at the end, us getting the ball out. That really mattered us protecting the ball really mattered for us in that game.”
Oregon quarterback Bo Nix on last year’s win over the Utes, and the extent of his injury during that game
“That game meant a lot — not only to me but to the entire team. That was a true team win. It took all of us. I think the defense is who contributed the most last year. They did a great job stopping the run and creating turnovers last year. They really helped us out offensively. We were quite limited, and I was banged up, but we found a way to win the game, and I think good teams do that.”
