How will Oregon cope with the recent struggles of kicker Camden Lewis?
Oregon entered the 2023 season with one of the more consistent kickers in all of college football. Camden Lewis, a two-time all-conference selection for the Ducks, went 27-for-32 on field goal attempts and 117-for-118 on PAT attempts during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. On Nov. 18, he became the program's all-time leading scorer. But during the latter half of this season, Lewis has struggled mightily. After starting the year a perfect 6-for-6 on field goal attempts, he is 4-for-9 over Oregon's last seven games. The most significant of those misses was a 43-yard game-tying attempt that would have forced overtime during the Ducks' top-10 showdown with Washington on Oct. 14.
