Kayvon Thibodeaux, Bradyn Swinson out for Oregon's matchup with Stony Brook
Oregon has a plethora of players on the defensive side of the ball who are nursing injuries this week. At least a few of them will be sidelined during the Ducks’ Week 3 matchup with Stony Brook.
Star edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux did not go through warmups before the game, and neither did Bradyn Swinson. It appears that both players will miss the game.
Thibodeaux missed last week’s win over Ohio State in Columbus. Swinson played and was one of Oregon’s most impactful players. There was no word from Oregon’s coaching staff this week about Swinson carrying a potential injury.

Thibodeaux and Swinson are arguably Oregon’s most effective players at the Joker linebacker position.
Linebackers Mase Funa and Keith Brown were both questionable with minor injuries during the week, and Mario Cristobal did not confirm whether either player would be healthy enough to play.
But both went through pregame warmups without limitations and were announced as starters.
