Kayvon Thibodeaux opts out of Alamo Bowl, will enter NFL Draft

Kayvon Thibodeaux has played his last game as an Oregon Duck.
Thibodeaux, Oregon’s star edge rusher and a projected top-five pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, will skip the Dec. 29 Alamo Bowl and begin preparing for the draft, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The news does not come as a surprise after Oregon’s disappointing end to the regular season and Thibodeaux’s injury struggles early in the year. He suffered a sprained ankle in the Ducks’ Week 1 win and was sidelined for the next three games.
