While meeting with reporters for the first time since joining the Oregon program, Khyree Jackson was bluntly honest about what he hopes to accomplish during his senior season. Jackson, who joined UO via the transfer portal in December after spending the past two seasons at Alabama, was asked if he believes he can step in and replace former Oregon standout and all-conference cornerback Christian Gonzalez. "I'm definitly trying to be myself but also step into his role as a lockdown corner," Jackson said. "Not really having that side of the field you have to worry about, that's definitely what I look forward to. But at the same time, bringing my own swag to the team."
