The Oregon Ducks have avoided the dreaded “Pac-12 after dark” time slot for their Week 9 showdown with the California Golden Bears.

Oregon and Cal will kick off at 12:30 p.m. PT when they face off in Berkeley on Oct. 29, with the game slated to air on FOX or FS1.

Before then, though, the No. 10 Ducks (5-1, 3-0) will be focused on their Week 8 matchup with No. 9 UCLA in Eugene. Cal, meanwhile, will host Washington this weekend. The Golden Bears (3-3, 1-2) are coming off an upset loss to Colorado last weekend.

Last season when the two teams faced, Oregon topped Cal 24-17 in Eugene.

The rest of the Pac-12 Week 9 matchups are as follows.

  • USC at Arizona — 4 p.m. PT (Pac-12 Network)
  • Arizona State at Colorado — 4:30 p.m. PT (ESPNU)
  • Stanford at UCLA — 7:30 p.m. PT (ESPN)
