Oregon State has managed to pull away one of Oregon’s offensive analysts. However it marks a return to some original stomping grounds.
Offensive line analyst Mike Cavanaugh will return to Oregon State to be its on-field offensive line coach, first reported by ESPN’s Pete Thamel. He’s spent the last two seasons at Oregon as an offensive line analyst for the Ducks. Previously he coached for the Beavers in Corvallis for a decade in the same role. He’s one of the more experienced offensive line coaches in college football.
Oregon will continue with A’lique Terry as its offensive line coach. However Dan Lanning may look to replace Cavanaugh’s off-field role.
