Oregon 5-Star QB Target Jared Curtis Locks in Commitment Date

Oregon fans have been patiently (ok, not so much) waiting for a concrete update on five-star quarterback Jared Curtis. In March the 6-foot-3, 225-pounder took visits to Oregon then Georgia. Fans have been hoping a commitment would soon follow those visits.
Curtis has provided some updates following those trips but without any commitment on a commitment. Late Sunday night he locked in a commitment date.
On May 5 fans of Oregon and Georgia will see how this battle unfolds. Dan Lanning vs his previous boss Kirby Smart for the nation’s No. 1 ranked quarterback in the country. Curtis was committed to Georgia once previously.
Oregon currently has the No. 3 ranked recruiting class with 9 verbal commits. A commitment from Curtis could be a pivotal push for Oregon as it pushes for more offensive commits in this cycle.
