Oregon Baseball Advances, Beats UCSB
On Sunday night Oregon punched its ticket into the super regionals. The Ducks battled with UCSB a second time over the weekend to advance.
The 3-0 victory was fueled by a dominant pitching performance from Kevin Seitter. The senior pitched a complete game shutout to give Oregon the win. Seitter only gave up 4 hits and struck out 8 batters to secure the victory.
Oregon jumped out to a 1-0 lead then added runs in the 5th and 7th innings.
The Ducks will head to face Texas A&M on the road in the super regionals.
