Oregon Basketball Moves up in Latest AP Poll

Dana Altman heads back West with a pair of B1G road wins. Literally as the Ducks pulled out road wins over Ohio State and Penn State.

Oregon now moves on to 15-2 on the season and 4th in the Big Ten rankings currently.

On Monday they were rewarded with a slight bump in the AP poll. The Ducks moved up to No. 13 in the AP poll. Only Michigan State ranks ahead of them from the Big Ten at No. 12.

Up next for the Ducks is a massive Big Ten matchup in Eugene with Purdue on Saturday. The Boilermakers currently rank as the No. 17 team in the updated AP poll.
