Oregon defensive backs GA Brent Jackson expected to join Indianapolis Colts
Dan Lanning’s Oregon staff has reportedly lost a staffer to the NFL.
Brent Jackson, a defensive backs graduate assistant, is expected to join the Indianapolis Colts as a defensive quality control coach, according to On3’s Matt Zenitz.
Jackson’s time in Eugene was rather brief. He joined the Ducks in February after spending last season on Bryan Harsin’s Auburn staff. While at Auburn, Jackson worked with the Tiger’s defensive backs.
Prior to his time at Auburn, Jackson worked as a defensive analyst at Illinois in 2020, and a graduate assistant there in 2019. Before his arrival in Champaign-Urbana, he was a defensive quality control coach at Louisianna.
