Oregon DB Target Sets Commit Date

The Ducks have limited spots remaining in the 2024 class. Which means a few big names remain in the mix for the Ducks as we approach the December early signing period.
It looks like another target is set to come off the board soon.
College of San Mateo (Calif.) defensive back Sione Laulea has committed to a decision date. Previously stating October would be a likely time, he’s locked in for an October 8 commitment date. Laulea posted the date on his personal Instagram account which he plans to livestream his commitment. His commitment stream will start at 5 PM PST.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pounder recently named Oregon, USC and Miami as his finalists. Currently Oregon leads the On3 RPM at 83% chance to land the JUCO standout. My pick remains on the Ducks since late June.
Oregon has 22 verbal commits good for the No. 13 ranked class nationally. That class includes four defensive back commits already.
