Oregon Ducks gain ground in polls following win over Stanford
Following a Week 5 beatdown of Stanford in Eugene, the Oregon Ducks are continuing to climb in the national polls.
The Ducks dismantled the Cardinal late Saturday night and have now made a notable leap in both the USA Today Coaches Poll and the AP Poll.
Oregon jumped from three spots to No. 12 and accumulated 823 points in the latest coaches poll. The Ducks leapfrogged Kentucky, NC State, and Baylor, all of whom lost on Saturday.

Newest CFP rankings are out
They are one of five Pac-12 teams that cracked the top-25. USC (No. 6), Utah (No. 11), UCLA (No. 19), and Washington (No. 24) all made the cut, too. Washington State received 38 votes.
Meanwhile, in the AP Poll, Oregon climbed one spot to No. 12 and accumulated 872 points.
USC (No. 6), Utah (No. 11), UCLA (No. 18), and Washington (No. 21) all landed inside the top-25 as well.
