5-star plus+ Oregon Ducks wide receiver signee Dakorien Moore put on a show on Thursday out in the Sunshine State.

The No. 4 player in the On3 Industry ranking was named MVP of the Under Armour All-American game, as Moore and Team Icon defeated Team Unstoppable 31-19 in DeLand, Florida. Fellow Oregon signee, On3 Industry four-star offensive lineman Alai Kalaniuvalu, was also in consideration for the game’s top performance.

Moore didn’t waste any time showcasing his skills, as he took his first touch of the game 83 yards to the house for an electric punt return touchdown.

He finished the game with three receptions on seven targets for 53 receiving yards. His longest play of the day was a 28-yard catch and run. 45 of his total receiving yards came after the catch.

Moore is the headliner in Dan Lanning’s 2025 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 3 nationally and No. 1 in the Big Ten according to the On3 rankings. The Duncanville, Texas native won two state titles during his high school career and chose the Ducks over schools like LSU and Texas.

He’s one of multiple 5-star recruits to sign with the Ducks, along with defensive backs Na’eem Offord and Trey McNutt. Moore is one of two wide receivers Junior Adams signed this cycle, along with four-star Cooper Perry from Scottsdale, Arizona.

Moore is expected to compete for playing time right away in Eugene, as he’s one of the highest-rated recruits Oregon has ever signed. The Ducks will need to replace at least two starting wide receivers from the 2024 season in Tez Johnson and Traeshon Holden.

Electric wide receiver Evan Stewart has yet to announce his decision for the 2025 college football season, as he’s eligible to declare for the NFL Draft.

Duck fans are hoping that Moore will be perhaps the first in a long line of elite incoming recruits that can make an instant impact as a true freshman. Moore has all the tools and has NFL written all over him.

Moore will head to Eugene to join the Ducks as an early enrollee.
