2025 Big Ten Football Media Days Announced

Football season may feel far away, but the Big Ten is already gearing up for another big year.
On Friday the conference announced that the 2025 Big Ten Football media days will be held in Las Vegas. The event will span three days from July 22 to July 24 and take place at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Big Ten Network will have TV coverage each of the three days.
Based off of previous years, each school in the conference will send its head coach, who will be accompanied by at least two players, one on offense and one on defense.
2024 Big Ten Football Media Days were held in Indianapolis, Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts.
Last year Oregon head coach Dan Lanning was joined by linebacker Jeffrey Bassa, quarterback Dillon Gabriel and tight end Terrance Ferguson.
The Big Ten finished the 2024 college football season as one of the most successful conferences in the sport. Aside from being home to the 2024-2025 national champion Ohio State Buckeyes, a total of five teams (Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Indiana, Illinois) finished inside the final AP top 25 of the season.

Oregon garnering early praise ahead of 2025 season
In January Oregon was listed at No. 2 in the way too early top 10 for 2025 by On3’s Andy Staples and Ari Wasserman. The only team the Ducks trailed was the Texas Longhorns, who made the college football playoff semifinal before losing to Ohio State.
The Longhorns will replace a large slew of starters for the 2025 season, none more notable than quarterback Quinn Ewers. Redshirt sophomore quarterback Arch Manning is expected to become the new starting quarterback in Austin after playing in 10 games during the 2024 season.
Oregon projects to be at or near the top of college football once again in 2025, with a bevy of talented players returning and a roster supplemented by the nation’s No. 4 incoming recruiting class and the No. 3 ranked transfer portal class (both according to On3).
