5-Star Oregon Target Jahkeem Stewart Picks up New Recruiting Predictions
There are a handful of big names left on the board for Oregon in the 2025 recruiting class and everyone likes to talk about the five-stars. 2025 five-star New Orleans (La.) Edna Karr defensive lineman Jahkeem Stewart is one of the top recruits still left on the board for the Ducks this cycle.
He’s going to be making his commitment from an unofficial top tour that consists of Oregon, USC, LSU and Ohio State on December 4.
On3’s No. 3 defensive lineman was in Eugene over the weekend during Oregon’s bye week for an unofficial visit. Coming out of the weekend one of the Ducks’ top rivals appear to be trending for a commitment.
On Tuesday, On3’s Steve Wiltfong and Chad Simmons, as well as Scott Schrader from WeAreSC all logged predictions for the Trojans to land Stewart when the time comes for a decision. Stewart was recently in Los Angeles for his official visit during USC’s game against Nebraska.

Stewart is scheduled to take his official visit to Ohio State this weekend for their rivalry game against Michigan before making his college commitment. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive lineman reclassified from 2026 to 2025 just before the start of football season.
Oregon’s 2025 recruiting class ranks No. 7 nationally according to On3 and has just one true defensive lineman in On3 Industry four-star recruit Matt Johnson from Concord (Calif.) De La Salle. USC’s 2025 recruiting class has lost a handful of commitments recently, with Julian Lewis, Ty Jackson and Duane Morris all flipping their pledges to other schools.
The Trojans did get a major addition when 5-star Corona (Calif.) Centennial quarterback Husan Longstreet flipped his commitment from the Texas A&M Aggies to the Trojans.
