Elite Tight End Brock Harris Includes Oregon in Top Schools
Elite 2026 four-star St. George (UT) Pine View tight end Brock Harris is down to six schools.
He announced his updated list of suitors on Monday, and Oregon made the cut along with BYU, Utah, Georgia, Michigan and Miami.
Harris is the No. 48 player nationally, the No. 3 tight end and the No. 1 prospect in the state of Utah, according to the On3 Industry.
Oregon has been in the picture for a long time with the Portland native, thanks in part to one coach on the staff.
“(I) Love the way he coaches,” Harris said of Drew Mehringer in a previous ScoopDuck interview. “He has a big say in offensive schemes. He’s really smart about the way he gets the tight ends the ball. He knows his stuff after being in his film room a few times and really getting to talk to him one on one in the film room. Just continue to start liking him more and more. We’re pretty close.”

The top prospect in Utah has taken recent visits to Michigan and BYU as he navigates his recruitment.
The Ducks have one tight end committed in the 2026 recruiting class in five-star Reidsville (NC) tight end Kendre Harrison, who committed to Oregon late last month.
Harris is among the top remaining tight end targets for Oregon in his class, and the Ducks should be in contention for him all the way until he signs with his school. Headlined by Harrison, Oregon has the No. 1 recruiting class in the country for 2026, according to On3.
