Oregon a Top Destination for Four-Star OL Grant Wise
2026 On3 Industry four-star Milton (Fla.) Pace offensive lineman Grant Wise has placed Oregon among his top schools.
On Friday, the coveted Florida offensive lineman announced an updated list of top schools that featured Oregon, Miami, Florida, Tennessee and Ohio State among others.
Wise is rated a four-star (89.49 per On3 Industry) prospect. The On3 Industry ranks him the No. 245 player nationally, the No. 21 interior offensive lineman and the No. 40 prospect in Florida.
He took his first visit to Oregon just a few weeks ago to see the Ducks defeat the Washington Huskies 49-21 in Eugene. Oregon Offensive Line Coach A’lique Terry has made Wise an early priority along the offensive line in 2026 and the Florida prep has been receptive to his coaching style.
“I spent most of my time with the offensive line coach, Alique Terry,” Wise told ScoopDuck in a recent interview. “He is a great guy and coach. He cares for his guys but also keeps them accountable. Coach Terry is very passionate about his job and it shows when he is coaching and through his players on the field.”

Oregon’s No. 1-ranked 2026 recruiting class has one offensive line commitment in high four-star Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei standout Kodi Greene. He committed to the Ducks back in August and has climbed to the No. 12 player nationally according to On3.
The Ducks have continued to have a recruiting presence in Wise’s home state of Florida after signing three prospects from the Sunshine State in the 2025 class.
Tampa natives like five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson and four-star offensive lineman Ziyare Addison join an impressive offensive haul for the Ducks, while four-star linebacker Gavin Nix hopped in the fold at the last minute following a flip from Miami.
The Ducks should be viewed as a major contender in Wise’s recruitment with the work Florida native A’lique Terry with the Oregon offensive line, which is a finalist for the Joe Moore Award.
