2026 four-star Akron (OH) Archbishop Hoban cornerback Elbert Hill is the top-ranked player at his position in the On3 Industry rankings and a priority target for Chris Hampton and Rashad Wadood at Oregon. The 5-foot-10 1/2, 170-pound defensive back has the Ducks in his top 10 schools and received a visit from Hampton earlier this week. The trip once again showed how much he is wanted in Eugene.
