Oregon WR Gary Bryant Jr.: "Just staying healthy, just being available."

Last season Oregon fans expected to see more of returning receiver Gary Bryant Jr. But that wasn’t in the cards for Bryant last season. However he’s back now and being talked about as a leader on this team.
Oregon is working with multiple quarterbacks this Spring to find the best fit for the team. Bryant talked about the reps so far from that group and who’s standing out.
Lastly he talked about his goals for this Spring and working his way back into shape with the team. Here are his top comments and the full video included below.

On Injury:
“It was a lower muscle injury to my inductor and abductor muscle. I didn’t know it was going to bother me like that all year. I was just trying to get back and do what I can to help this team practice-wise or even in games if it was a breather or whatever.”

On Ross Douglas:
“It’s been great. He’s been coming in, a very energized guy. It’s been a great experience.”
On Goals for this Spring:
“Just staying healthy, just being available. From Spring ball to the end of season. Deep speed, long speed.”
On Being a Vocal/Leader:
“I didn’t think offense had a very good practice on Saturday. I talked to the offensive guys let them know that’s not the standard. It’s our job to dominate defense. It might be ups and downs but it can’t look like it did last weekend.”
On Austin Novosad/QB’s:
“I like Austin. He’s a deep-ball thrower. He’s a lot more vocal this year being a leader. They are doing a good job letting the quarterbacks compete.”
