The big news Friday morning hit with the Ducks making another big move in the transfer portal. One of the top stories this week has been around Oklahoma starting offensive lineman Cayden Green.
The 6-foot-4, 315-pounder signed with the Sooners as a part of its 2023 class and was an instant impact player last season. It’s clear from the reactions Oklahoma was not happy losing Green to the transfer portal.

Oregon however moved quickly and will host Green for an official visit Friday and Saturday. The Ducks have not been very active at offensive line in the portal but it’s clear Green is talented enough to get Lanning’s attention.
On3’s Hayes Fawcett also reports Green will visit Missouri this weekend as well.
The Ducks currently have a commitment from last years starting quarterback for Oklahoma, Dillon Gabriel. That addition could help Oregon as they try and land Green.
