Oregon tied for 25th spot in latest AP Poll
Oregon climbed back into the top-25 of the latest AP Poll — but only barely.
The Ducks received 44 votes, the same amount as No. 25 Georgia, to narrowly earn a spot in the top-25 after missing out last week. They received eight fewer votes than they did last week when they sat at No. 26.
In the latest NET rankings, the Ducks jumped one spot to No. 12.
It was a difficult week to gauge for Oregon (18-9, 10-5) as it played poorly in a win over Cal, and then played one of its best games of the year two days later in a nail-biting loss to No. 2 Stanford. With just one week remaining in the regular season, the Ducks will now hope to boost their stock when they travel to face Colorado on Wednesday and Utah on Saturday.

Once again, South Carolina is the unanimous selection at No. 1 and received all 30 first-place votes. Stanford has a firm hold on No. 2. North Carolina State, Louisville, and Baylor round out the top five.
Elsewhere in the Pac-12 Arizona dropped to No. 12 following Sunday’s loss at Washington State. That Wildcats’ loss, in turn, provided a massive boost for Washington State’s stock. The Cougars received six votes, the fifth most of any team outside of the top-25.
