Following Saturday’s dominant road win over Utah, Oregon has reached a season-high in both the AP Poll and the Coaches Poll.

The Ducks (7-1, 4-1 Pac-12) surged to spots to No. 6 in the AP Poll and received 1,235 points. Washington (No. 5), Oregon State (No. 15), Utah (No. 18), UCLA (No. 20), and USC (No. 24) also cracked the top-25. Arizona also received six votes.

In the US LBM Coaches Poll, Oregon jumped two spots to No. 7 and received 1,211 points. Washington (No. 5), Utah (No. 18), Oregon State (No. 19), UCLA (No. 20), and USC (No. 22) landed inside the top-25, too. Arizona also received votes.

With Saturday’s win, Oregon snapped Utah’s 18-game home winning streak and kept its College Football Playoff hopes alive on a day when Oklahoma suffered its first loss of the season. The Ducks also leapfrogged Texas in the AP Poll after the Longhorns beat BYU, 35-6.

Next Saturday, Oregon will host Cal at Autzen Stadium in Eugene with a chance to improve to 8-1 on the year. The Golden Bears fell 50-49 to USC in Week 9 and nearly dealt the Trojans an upset loss.

Oregon and Cal are slated to kick off at 2:30 p.m. PT.
