Oregon nearing top-10 recruiting class following latest commitment
Dan Lanning’s Oregon Ducks scored another notable win on the recruiting trail Friday when they landed a commitment from Palm Desert (Calif.) offensive lineman Bryce Boulton.
A 6-foot-3, 250-pound 3-star recruit in the class of 2023, Boulton is the Ducks’ first OL commit in the class. For more on what he brings to the table, check out ScoopDuck’s evaluation of Boulton.
As it stands, the Ducks now have 19 commits from the 2023 class. They are knocking on the door of having a top-10 class, and Boulton’s commitment helped them gain some ground in that race.
Oregon currently sits at No. 11 in the On3 Consensus team rankings and boasts the top class in the Pac-12. Along with USC (No. 13) and Stanford (No. 23), they are one of just three teams from the conference that currently sit inside the top 25.

About the On3 Consensus
The On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings are based on average grade per commit. It compiles the highest-rated commits for each team up to a total based on a rolling average of current total commitments among Power 5 schools. For teams tracking below that average number of commits, there are slight penalties to formulate the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.
