Will Stein: "We want to make sure our fans are enjoying it and it's fun."

On Tuesday Oregon OC Will Stein met with media for the first time this Spring. He was asked questions about the offense in general and about specific players.
Oregon will have a new quarterback and many new faces on the line of scrimmage this season. It’s going to be an interesting dynamic to see how this changes the Oregon offense this season.
With the Spring game coming up this weekend, Stein talked about his plan for the game and how he will evaluate things moving forward. Here are his top answers and the video included at the bottom.

On QB Progress:
“I think processing. Getting the ball out quicker. Just playing within themselves. Eliminate the bad plays. pre-snap operation has been a big thing for us. They’ve taken all the coaching.”

On the Offense:
“We cleaned up some run games ID’s that have shown to be really good this Spring. Like our ability to run the football. Our O-line has shown great physicality up front.”
On Jurrion Dickey:
“It’s like anything with anybody on our team, do you know your job, can you do your job. Jurrion has improved in that facet, I’m excited about his development.”
On Spring Game:
“It’s different when there are fans in the stands. Just play within themselves. Take the easy money throws. It’s going to be pretty simple, pretty vanilla. Nothing that we’re doing that’s new or tweaks will be shown. But we want to make sure our fans are enjoying it and it’s fun.”
